CLINT REILLY ORGANIZATION

REGIONAL MEDIA & PUBLISHING
Clint Reilly Communications is a regional media and publishing company that draws from the pioneering strategic communications and audience targeting insights developed by Clint Reilly over three decades as one of the country’s top political strategists and media consultants.

The company’s flagship publication, the San Francisco Examiner, is one of the most storied brands in American journalism, for decades the flagship publication of the Hearst Corporation known as the “Monarch of the Dailies.” Acquired from the San Francisco Media Company in January, 2021 along with the SF Weekly, the Examiner is a leading source of local news and opinion for residents throughout San Francisco and the SF Peninsula.

The communications division is also the home of the Nob Hill Gazette, a 44-year San Francisco institution devoted to the arts, culture, philanthropy and society. Purchased from legendary publisher/owner Lois Lehrman in late 2016, Clint Reilly Communications has grown the title significantly, expanding the page count and extending the brand through self-produced events, digital media and partnerships.

In September 2020, the company extended its reach with the acquisition of Gentry magazine, a 27-year-old luxury lifestyle title rooted in the San Francisco Peninsula. Gentry was soon merged with the Gazette, bringing the publication’s circulation to more than 100,000, with readership approaching 500,000 in print and online.
