Clint Reilly Landmark Properties has finalized the sale of the historic Little Fox Theater building at 535 Pacific Avenue in San Francisco’s Jackson Square neighborhood. The property was acquired by LoveFrom, the creative collective led by legendary former Apple chief design officer Sir Jony Ive.

The three-story building, which has been part of the Clint Reilly portfolio for decades, has a storied history within the city’s cultural landscape. Originally built as a stable after the 1906 earthquake, it was later converted into a theater that hosted iconic productions, including the long-running show Bleacher Bums, and served as a broadcasting headquarters for Francis Ford Coppola’s American Zoetrope studio.

The transaction represents a notable continuation of commercial investment in Jackson Square, where high-profile, architecturally significant properties continue to attract dedicated stewardship. By transitioning this legacy asset to LoveFrom, the sale aligns with the neighborhood’s ongoing evolution as a hub for premier design, art, and innovation.

The full breakdown of the transaction, the property’s rich history, and the broader real estate implications for Jackson Square are available via the San Francisco Chronicle and the San Francisco Examiner.
