Clint Reilly Landmark Properties, owner of the celebrated Merchants Exchange Building and Event Center and other Financial District properties, is pleased to announce the selection of Avison Young to manage leasing activity across its entire portfolio. The Avison Young team will be led by Nick Slonek and David Linsmayer.
Culturally, we felt like we couldn’t find a better fit than Avison Young,” said Phil Spiegel, Executive VP of Clint Reilly Landmark Properties. “Similar to us, they are a nimble, relationship-driven group with deep knowledge of the local market. We’re confident that Avison will help reintroduce our marquee properties to a new generation of tenants and showcase everything that makes our portfolio so unique.
In addition to marketing the landmark Merchants Exchange Building and Event Center at 465 California Street, the Avison Young team will helm leasing activities for the Little Fox Theater (535 Pacific Ave.) in red hot Jackson Square, as well as Leidesdorff Place (340 Pine St.) and the Credo Building (360 Pine St.), comprising XXXXXX square feet of rentable office space, of which XXXXX is currently vacant.
We’re thrilled to work with Clint Reilly Landmark Properties to fill these remarkable spaces,” said TKTKTK. “As a privately-owned company, we feel like we have a strong affinity for Clint Reilly and his company, which owns and operates truly exceptional San Francisco properties. We’re excited to be joining the team.
Avison Young joins Clint Reilly Landmark Properties on the heels of two notable lease signings: a 5,882 square foot, street-level deal with the hip, fast-casual SoCal eatery Mendocino Farms, and a 7,000 sq ft deal with the rapidly growing crowdfunding platform YouCaring. The firm’s first task will be filling two rare full-floor vacancies in the Merchants Exchange Building and Event Center, home to the Julia Morgan Ballroom and the eponymous Merchants Exchange Club.
